4 days of being a geologist

the trip made me sick..literally. couldn't get out of bed at all today..only got up to eat. hope this would be the last time for me to be standing under the blazing hot afternoon sun for 3 days in a row. it was just plain torture! no wonder these geoscientists are getting extra allowances just for being what they are. thank god i brought the sun block, else i would come home looking like..i dunno like what, actually..but let's just say i'd look erm, different?

see that white spot on the cliff? that's a bunch of geologists studying the rocks. i should've been up there too but instead i was sitting in the comfort of the air-conditioned bus..was starting to feel sick already. bet people passing by must've thought we were a bunch of crazy people to be sitting out there at 12.00 in the afternoon!!
